I made this little elephant for a friend's baby who turned one! (I'm a bit late, her birthday was a couple of weeks ago.) The pattern is from Sock and Glove, which is available at the Yarmouth library, since I adopted it.

Your Almond soap looks amazing. Almond is one of my favorite scents, along with coconut.
And the elephant is just adorable. I love handmade toys because they seem to be so special.

Sherrie, That is an absolutely fabulous elephant... I never saw a sock elephant before... I always used to make sock monkeys, like my great grand-mother... but this guy is great!!!
Oh I wanna make one .. would I need a pattern?.. or could I just do it from my imagination?... I have a few old socks that mending can never help... They may work...
