Homemade strawberry ice cream. Every molecule of it is absolute perfection. And I'm not exaggerating.

And this cute little number is our
Donvier, in which we can make said perfection in approximately 20 minutes. You can still make it without the Donvier - check out
these instructions. Here's the recipe:
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 cup mashed fruit
Whip eggs and sugar together until creamy. Stir in remaining ingredients and freeze according to ice cream maker instructions. Be prepared to eat the entire batch and not regret a single gram of fat.

Oh yummy!!!
That looks sooo good!
Do you remember that time we were driving somewhere, to Shubenacadie or Cape Breton maybe, and Dad bought me strawberry ice cream, and I threw a tantrum because I hate strawberry ice cream? I believe Dad ate the strawberry ice cream.
