It's done, washed, and I'm pretty happy with it! The display was inspired by this.Edited to add: I was so excited it's done, I forgot to mention again that this is the 'Easy Lap Quilt' from Amy Karol's book 'Bend-the-Rules Sewing'.

Hi! You just posted a note on our blog, and my husband was laughing when he called me over. He found your blog a couple of months ago, and I have been reading, and enjoying, it ever since. We keep saying "one of these days, we should let her know that we are reading this," but we never did...and then you found us! I'm so glad you did! We actually have four watermelons growing right now, and I'm as surprised as anyone.
